This program is designed to help YOU turn your ideas into impactful projects, build invaluable skills, and connect with a diverse network of youth leaders.

Here’s what your journey with us will look like:

🌟 Step 1: Capacity Building & Hub Formation (Now - May 2025)

Participate in virtual and in-person workshops where you’ll work with others to identify key challenges in your communities. Together, you’ll form project teams ("Hubs") and develop actionable project plans with clear goals, timelines, and budgets.

🌍 Step 2: Transnational Summit in Istanbul (May 2025)

This year’s summit will be hosted in Istanbul. Over three exciting days, you’ll engage in networking, team-building activities, and advanced skill-building sessions. During the summit, you and your Hub will refine and finalise your project plans to ensure they are presentation-ready. On the final day, your Hub will pitch its project to a panel of experts.

✈️ For selected international participants, we aim to cover your transportation and hotel costs, making this opportunity accessible to youth worldwide.

💡 Step 3: Project Implementation (May2025 - Nov 2025)

With the support of dedicated local hub managers, your team will implement your project over the next 3–6 months. Gain hands-on experience in leadership, problem-solving, financial management, storytelling, and more as you turn your vision into reality.
