Support Uyghur artist @dilshat_aripov open an art center in Almaty—a space to preserve Uyghur art, mentor young artists, and foster community and creativity! We’re raising money to help Dilshat launch VibeArt, a studio for Uyghur art and culture in Almaty. At VibeArt, Dilshat will provide hands-on training in painting, drawing, sculpture, decorative and applied art, and composition, guiding students on their paths to becoming artists. This is the first of its kind for Uyghur artists in Kazakhstan. He also plans to host: - Master Classes with Uyghur artists from Kazakhstan - Student focus to help with admissions into art schools, colleges, and universities - Art History Sessions to deepen appreciation of both Uyghur and global art - Psychology & Philosophy Evenings for inspiration and introspection - Exhibitions and movie nights to foster community connections In this space, Dilshat will offer a sanctuary for creative expression and cultural celebration, welcoming people of all ages and backgrounds, and helping Uyghur youth learn more about their culture, about Uyghur art, and show appreciation for their people, country, and heritage.
